Supply of following FAA certified or compliant model, Inset type runway edge lights, suitable for ICAO Cat-I all weather operation, high intensity as per ICAO aviation visual aids requirements complete with suitable wattage LED Module/es as per OEM with integral driver, shallow base with side hole entry, suitable for 2.8 to 6.6 Amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, lenses, cable lead with plug and all standard accessories and ready for site installation on existing cement/ asphaltic area and conforming to latest FAA/ICAO/DGCA-CAR and tender specifications complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset fitting (8" / 12" dia) with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material suitable for flexible/rigid pavement. and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles, laying of secondary lead in existing pipe/ in groove i/c groove cutting on existing cement/ asphaltic area & sealing of groove with suitable sealant material as per site requirement & other accessories required for commissioning except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade Plug and receptacle, Type-II, Class 'B' connector suitable for EPR insulated PCP sheathed secondary lead of size 2 x 4 sq.mm.

Dismantling of existing elevated HIRL fitting and Supply & fixing of round Dummy/Blank M.S. Base Plate of 10mm thickness of size suitable to cover the existing transformer housing box. Plates shall have 6 nos. of suitable holes for M10 type bolt including anti-rust coating with black color enamel paint.

SITC of 4KW Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V / 2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipment's, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required and confirm to tender specifications and suitable for operation on the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring even and data recording and history keeping etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XPLE power cable of 1.1 kv grade of following sizes in the existing RCC/ Hume/ Stoneware/ Metal Pipe/HDPE DWC Pipe is required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Dismantling, relocating and re-installation of existing joint feeder pillar (of 4 no.of 3.5x400 sqmm LT cable) including required excavation, making of PCC foundation & re-alignment of existing cable for proper connection to joint feeder pillar and refilling the excavated ground & making good the same as per site requirement & direction of E-I-C .

Providing and laying of 110mm OD, PN 6 PE 63 HDPE pipe(IS:4984-95 marked) with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (upto 6 mtrs below ground level ) for runway crossing in all type soil including suitable size PP rope, etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge required. Note: - 1. Spare length= 2 mtrs of HDPE pipe should be left as spare on both side. & this will be excluding the HDD measurements. 2. Agency is required to visit the site to survey the soil/ground conditions & site constraints which shall be considered while quoting the rate of this item.
