Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling upthe excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly (7 Mtr. pole will be supplied by department)

S/F arm bracket of 50 mm bore tubular Pipe (M.S.) of 1.5 m (5’) length for fixing on 75/100 mm pole top including S/F 4 mm thick M.S. plate welded with bolts, nuts & clamps,etc. as required with fabrication work.

Earthing the steel tubilar pole with 19 mm dia x2.5 mtr. Length G.I rod & 1no. 4 SWG G.I wire up to 4mtr. Length 15 mm dia x 65 long G.I bolt, double nuts & washer including supply of all meterials as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Fixing of Sintex water proof type looping box on newly erected pole size 240 x130x 95 mm depth having hinged front cover & kit kat fuse unit 1no N.L on insulator 1no 4way backlite connector for 2nos compression brass gland for upto 3 core 16 sq.mm pvc /alu cable and having line with rubber gasket front cover with brass machine screw ect. Earthing terminal with lug on steel tubular pole near base including supply & fixing of Clamps with bolts & nut etc complete in all respect as per direct ion of E.I.C

Supply of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Al conductor armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments. Make Gloster/Nicco/Havels/Polycab or equivalent.

Laying of one cable up to 35 sqmm in under ground trench 460 mm wide x 760mm average depth with bricks proctions on the top of the cable with 8 nos bricks per Mtr. Including filling the sape between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil laveling up and restoring surface duly rammmed.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables 4 Core up to 16 Sq mm

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc.,including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. 4 core 16 sqmm cable

Supply and fixing of smart bright essistial street light (36 Watt ) complite with all accessories to be fixed /project from the wall of the building or on pole incl making hole /providing ckamping arrangement and necy GI pipe (ISI Medium) quality 1.5 mtr aversage length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core starandard annealed cooper wire and making connection as required and mending good damages to wall incl painting etc. make- Philips, Havells, Bajaj, Crompton.
