Fabrication of M.S trash guard by way of cutting and arc welding of mild steel angles and square bars for LI/Dewatering scheme Sheerbugh with following specification: i. Height of trash guard = 9 feet. ii. Width of trash guard = 6 feet 6 inch. iii. Frame of trash guard to be fabricated out of ISA 50×50×5. iv. Vertical meshing of the trash guard to be fabricated out of 12mm thick M.S square bars. v. Gap between two adjacent vertical square bars = 2". Total length of ISA 50×50×5 = 9.5 mtr Total weight of ISA 50×50×5 @3.8kg.mtr= 36.1 kgs

Total length of rectangular strip 65mmx5mm = 7.92 mtr Total weight M.S strip @2.78kg/mtr = 22 kg

Total length of 12mm thick M.S square bars used for mesh making = 79.57 mtr Total weight of M.S square bars @ 1.1kg/mtr = 87.5 kgs

Contingencies @ 5% of the total weight Note: The trash guard should be made as per the actual site conditions and the contractor has to take the measurements before taking up the Job

Preparing of surface of Trash guard using blue lamp and metallic sand paper and then applying of two coats of red oxide anti corrosive primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of reputed make. Shade of paint to be specified by the site engineer.

Providing and fitting of 20W Led light with IP 65 rating. The Job includes wiring of the light with 1sqmm FRLS copper wire and 6A MCB with gang box for ON and OFF operation.

Providing of LED Lantern with Twin Charging mode – Charging Cable or Solar Panel (inclusive of panel) (Syska/ Havells/ Andslite/ Philips)

Providing and fitting of trip coils for starter

Providing and fitting of analogue voltmeter ( 0 - 500V) of AE/Rishabh make
