Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and all as directed including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.

Dismantling/Demolishing of

a) Demolishing brick work or masonry walls manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(for damaged latrine pedestals, Septic tank/Inspection chamber walls etc.)

b) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.( for damaged sunshades,top perapet walls, precast shelves etc)

c) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.( for damaged PCC for Septic tank/Inspection chamber bottom if required, support walls on top, pathways, plinth protection etc)

d) Dismantling tile work in floors and skirting laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(For damaged tiles flooring/skirting, decorative tiles on top slab etc.)

e) Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sq. metres and below all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

a) Earth work in excavation including Ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, removal of snake huts lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, and excavate without damaging of existing cables/Pipes as directed by Engineer-incharge.

b) Supplying and filling in plinth with clean river sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. including cost of all labour, tools & plants, etc., complete. (For replacement of sand at Children's park area etc.)

c) 150 mm thick filling with Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size (single sized aggregate only) for around the transformer pedestal after levelling,compacting of the excavated before laying by earth rammer, stone aggregate filling as per required thickness etc. including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. and as directed including cost of all labour, tools & plants, etc., complete. (for around the transformer)

a) Constructing of Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth for walls etc.,at all hights of Ist quality of approved as per I.G. 1977 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. ( for cable trench foundation, septic tank/Inspection Chamber replacement as per requirement at site, retaining perapet for Transformer etc.)

b) Brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.(for closing ventilator for technical building etc.)

c) Providing and laying of half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. (for surface drainage, platform partition etc.)

a) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for - All works up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials,machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with needle & flat vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.( for base of cable trench, support wall around the transformer and base of surface drainage where ever necessary)

b) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for - All works up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including adding of admixture and the dosage is 200ml per bag of cement all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials,machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with needle & flat vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.(base for RWCT, I.C. and septic tank as per requirement at site)

c) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including adding of admixture and the dosage is 200ml per bag of cement all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.( for top slb damaged edges, sunshades etc.)

d) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including adding of admixture and the dosage is 200ml per bag of cement all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, machine mixing, tools & plants, compaction with vibrator,curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.( for platforms & pre cast shelves)

e) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, etc. complete.

a) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls & ceiling for staff quarters complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including adding of waterproofing material and doasage as per manufaturer specifications all as per drawing, all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, mixing, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. (for buildings)

b) Repair works to cracks in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc. cutting out cracks in 'V' section , cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry, 1:3( 1 Cement, 3 Sand) including mixing with water proofing compound as recommended by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours,curing, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge (for walls, compound wall and top perapet walls)

c) 15 mm cement plastering in CM (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix for existing drainages,coping for staff quarters & compound wall where ever necessary after including Dismantling old damaged plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead all as directed including supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours, curing, scaffoldings, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

d) 20mm thick Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating after Dismantling of old damaged/deteriorated cement plaster or skirting raking out joints where ever necessary and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead, hacking/pointing, cleaning, preparation of the surface etc. all as directed and as standard specifications and including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, curing for minimum 7 days from last pastering, necessary scaffolding for entire 30m height Lighthouse tower during the plastering etc complete. (for Cable trench walls, Septic tank outside portion and support wall near transformer).

e) Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry, after removal of water, cleaning the surface,hacking/pointing, apply plastering in C.M.(1:3) and as above and finally refill the water and retain 7 days for testing of leakage if occur leakages any, it should be rectified immediately all as directed including supply of all materials, tools & plants, labours, scaffolding, safety arrangements etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.(for inside treatment of RWCT, septic tank and Inspection chamber as per directed & requirement at site)

Applying paint two or more coats of approved brand (Asian paints Appcolite Hi-gloss enamel / Berger Luxol Hi-gloss enamel) , 1st quality, colour, shade on previously painted interior surfaces of staff quarters to give an even shade over a coat of putty & primer wherever necessary includinig cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, scrapping of old paint,necessary repairs to scratches, loose matter and sand papering at all heights all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, bosum chair, and safety measures, all other charges etc., complete.

a) Acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of water thinnable cement primer for interior surfaces of staff qtrs. at all heights walls & ceiling.(for Technical building and office & Recreation building)

b) Distempering with oil bound washable distemper two or more coats over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer for staff quarters

c) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm on existing cement paint surface for old work for outside staff quarters and compound wall.

Applying two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian paints Appcolite Hi-gloss enamel / Berger Luxol Hi-gloss enamel) , 1st quality, colour, shade on previously painted surfaces of allied buildings to give an even shade over a coat of primer wherever necessary includinig cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, scrapping, remove loose matter, apply wood putty and sand papering at all heights all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, bosum chair, and safety measures, all other charges etc., complete.

a) wood and wooden surfaces for allied buildings at all heights including a coat of primer where ever necessary

b) Metal surfaces for allied buildings, Childrens park and for top hand rail of Lighthouse tower at all heights including a coat of steel primer

a) Repairing & Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture for Old work should give the good look on wooden furniture surfaces and as including fill the gaps with wood putty, scrapping, cleaning, polishing after repairing of wooden legs including nails & screws all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

b) Replacement 12mm thick marine plywood sheets in existing wooden cot of good shape & size of approved 1st quality fixed in position and as directed with all required fitting & fixtures including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.(for damaged cable duct, cot, dining table, chairs, teapoi etc.)

c) Replacement with new Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure 1.5 mm thick laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality after removing of existing damaged/deteriorated laminated sheet for teapoi all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete. (For dining table, dining chairs, teapoi etc.)

Wooden works for

a) Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and as including supply of all labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc complete. (for damaged door/window /CB and the replacement of damaged wood can take from the wood work item for frames & shutters as per requirement at site )

b) Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, etc. complete.(frames for doors, windows, flyproof shutters and CB. Approval should be taken with the submission wooden sample before start the work)(With Second class teak wood)

c) Providing and fixing of Second class teak wood including ISI marked anodized aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws for 25mm thick fly proof Door/window shutters with Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture (Make REMOPEST) with matching wood beading and all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all materials, labours, necessary screws tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete. (for 25mm thick fly proof door/Window shutters before start the work, Approval should be taken with the submission wooden sample)

d) Providing and fixing 35 mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws all as directed Including supply of all material,labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

e) Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge SUB HEAD : 9.0 WOOD AND P.V.C. WORK 202 Code Description Unit Rate No. side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. a) Replacement of damaged flyproof mesh by providing & fixing of new Fly proof stainless steel (Make REMOPEST) grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching 2nd class teak wood beading for existing fly proof shutters all fixed in position including removal of damaged flyproof mesh & replace as specified above without damaging the shutter all as directed and as standard specifications including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete (for existing fly proof doors/windows etc.)

a) Replacement of damaged as per existing G.I/M.S squares, pipes, flats, arrows, chains, sheets, including beautificational items upto 40kgs of each 2No works for childrens park and entrance main gate all as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, welding, rivetting, hoisting, apply primer etc. complete. ( for 2No complete works for children park playing items & main gate)

b) Repairing and raising of existing wicket gate including replacement of bolts, nuts, vouchers, hold fasts as per requirement at site for free movement all as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, welding, rivetting, hoisting, apply primer etc. complete.

c) Providing and fixing M.S. angle 50x50x5 mm to act as nosing with lugs of M.S. flat 10x5 mm, 10 cm long, forked at end 60cm apart (minimum three lugs to be provided), including necessary welding and applying a priming coat of approved primer on exposed surface etc. complete. all as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, welding, rivetting, hoisting, apply primer etc. complete.( for framing to Precast covers to RWCT)

d) Repairing of aluminium sliding windows including necessary clips, rollers, pins, screws, rubber gaskets, replacement of damaged items complete work for free movement all as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, welding, rivetting, hoisting, etc. complete. (for IQ 1st floor)

e) Replacement with new Providing and fixing of corrugated asbestos cement sheets with MS L-hook, J-hook, screws, vouchers,drilling of holes, covering of holes will be filled by water proofing material for arresting leakage etc including removal of existing damaged sheets all as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, rivetting, hoisting, etc. complete.(for AE Qtr.)

f) Replacement with new providing and fixing of 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.all as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, welding, rivetting, hoisting, removal of damaged sheets etc. complete.(for luggage room near security room).

b) Repair to cracks upto 2.0m & patch plastering upto 3.0 sqm per existing 1No tree pedestal including replacemnt of soil around the tree and cleaning for complete job all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete

c) Raking out joints of stone masonry/Renovation of putty for decorative tiles on roof surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints with C.M.(1:3) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound where ever necessary including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead. all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete ( for Rear side of LHT/IQ on existing stone pitching and Renovation of putty for decorative tiles on roof where ever necessary)

d) Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C./brick/stone masonry walls, floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof. all as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

a) Replacement with new Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make (Johnson's/ Kajaria), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. after removal of damaged existing flooring/skirting and as including hacking/pointing all as per standard specifications,including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete.(for Technical building)

b) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed anti skid floor tiles of size 400x400/300x300 mm where ever necessary for staff quarters toilet & steps work (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete after removal of existing damaged floors/skirting and all as per standard specifications, and including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete.(for bathroom/steps/existng floor tiles where ever necessary size as per existing floor)

c) Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles for dado where ever necessary at bath rooms & kitchen walls conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete after removal of existing damaged dado and as including hacking & cleaning the surface all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete.

d) Replacement with new Providing and laying of flat pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete after removel of damaged tiles, hacking/pointing, cleaning etc all as per standard specifications, and including cost of all labour, materials, tools and plants etc. complete
