Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brushes to remove all loose laitence & washing with clean water, crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site, wetting the wall surfaces prior to coating and applying 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, on internal walls, applying damp proof coating and blend a mixture with water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & applying 2 coats over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on roof surface including necessary taking down and wire brush the surfaces to remove existing dust, grease, old flake & chips etc on flat and slopping roof and crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste and wet the roof prior to coating apply Dr. Fixit Prime Seal (50% Dilution) and ensure it is left to dry for 4-6 hours including finished with applying two coats (each coat time duration if 06 hours) of water proofing epoxy coating impregnated with fiber over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room by demolition of WC including lime concrete, cement concrete coba, preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath with wire brushing to remove all loose dirt, oil grease, providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with chemical "plaster seal" applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer allow to dry for 8 hours under touch dry conditions, applying two coats of water proofing of Dr Fixit Pidicrete for the sunken portion of toilets/bathrooms all as per manufactutrer's instructions (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry for 6 hours before next coat), again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP, All CI joints shall be jointed / sealed with nixture of cement, fine sand and plaster seal of Dr Fixit pidicrete URP, applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces and layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster fabric of weight not less 160 gms per sqm, polymeric membrane shall be taken to a total height of sunken portion and then turned inside the flooring and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia GI spout at least 100mm clear face of the outer wall for draining the surplus water in any complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 1 to 5:- The equivalent water proofing products of makes as specified in Appx 'B' here in before may be used with prior approval of Garrision Engineer.

PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china white squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580mm x 440 mm with integral foot rests including necessary lime concrete and 100 mm bore cast iron ‘P’ trap with 550 to 600 mm long neck for connecting WC to branch piece with cement joints, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous China wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) white with concealed S-Trap/P-trap, 360mm wide, 390mm high and 415 to 445mm long at top including fixing bolt Plastic water closet seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

10litres capacity PVC flushing tank, syphonic action type, high / low level, valveless, with PVC inlet ball valve, PVC flush pipe, float fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China wash hand basin white flat back, size 550mm x 400mm, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets Including waste pipe, brass coupling, 32 mm bore chromium plated brackets, restoring all connections, fixed in repairs,complete all as specified.

Dismantling U/s CI Pipe/PVC along with fitting of 50/75/100 mm dia or any size, below or above ground level ,jointed in cement mortar and taking out complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed, 4.00 Kgf per Sqcm pressure pipe, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

450 mm long PVC connection Low density polythene pipe (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kg per Sq.cm suitable of 15 mm nominal bore GI pipe complete with brass chromium plated adaptors and rubber washers. The weight of brass coupling nuts shall not be less than 40 grams. The weight of PVC pipe shall not be less than 63grams, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any type / gauge, thickness and any patten of roof coverings, hanger door, hanger roof complete all as specified.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin plain Galvalume sheeting in ridge and cladding to wall hanger door, hanger roof top having 1000-1020 mm width manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bituminious sheet pieces of size 100mm x 100mm on J/L hooks fixed with nut & washers on the roof of existing hangers including filling with water profing sealent complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

GI Sheet Rubberized Adhesive Repair Tape with Strong Silicone Sealant,Seal Leaks & Patch Roofs , repair 152.3 cm Gorilla Tape Roof sealing joint compound matrial to obtained gap & holes surface of Galvalume GI based Corrugated roof surfaces and filling gap complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note: This work will be carried at site by own arrangement of contractor in hanger roof without any extra cost to the Government.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid Ceramic coloured Joint free tiles of size 400 x 400 x 8mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 Sqm) as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in Epoxy grouting with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layering cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved) of size 200 x 300 x 7mm or 350 250 x 7mm or 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting / dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles coloured with 2mm to 3mm space bar (colour & shade as approved by GE) of size or (exceeding 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm) thick on floor set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in Epoxy grouting with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, Light shade coloured (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry bedded in any mortar complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished, in floor set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in skirting / DADO or vertical surfaces and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base (75 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path etc. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-35 grade (with grey cement and pigment) over 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, add WPC @3% of cement weight incl WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate min radius of 75mm as in covet fillet in roof and parapet wall junction, roof benching, kerbs, mud stop, coping, rounded or chamfered on edges, filling rails embedded sec, surface/channels and benching for manhole and haunching around manhole frame, sloping on roof top surfaces including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for drain and set in cement mortar 1:6 including removing of damaged RCC covers slab complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

Filling tile joint sealing powder Fevimate TG (Tile grout) from Pidilite (Dr fixit or quivalent make as approved by GE ) for filling joints of existing tile to prevent leakage including raking out existing old joints with necessary tools complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out tress with roots in brick / slab roof surfaces (assessible & non accessible roofs) and treating with necessary chemical trearments including filling with PCC B0 (1:2:4) 12mm graded stone aggregates with water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The sanitary fittings / fixtures removed for certain repairs to sunken portion or elsewhere will be refixed to their original position without any extra coat to the department.
