Cleaning fully staircase,staircase landings,mid landings, entire open spaces within compound walls of buildings,pump rooms,entire terrace areas,pavements immediately outside the building premises collecting house hold waste & garbage on all days of the week with all necassary labour & material i.e.soft & hard brooms,baskets,floor dusters including making arrangements for lifting disposing off the garbage,scrap material upto nearest municipal dust bin including all labours,materials as per direction of the Engineer in charge or the authorised person etc complete providing all men and material for cleaning out under ground and overhead water storage tanks once in three months removing choke up in kitchens ,bathrooms, toilet blocks ,premises drainage lines,nahani traps,Gully traps,inspection chambers,trimming of branches of trees regularly in building premises as per directions of Engineer in charge including labour,material and transportation charge etc complete (Rates are excluding GST)

for residential bldg No.1,2,3 class IV qtrs @ Marol (for 3 Bldgs.)

For residential bldg No.C-1 @ D.N.Nagar (stilt + 7 floors)

Providing services for operating pumps as per water supply timings of municipal corporation of Greater Mumbai ,regulating inlet and outlet valves of under ground and over head water storage tanks in order to distribute water to all flats equally for a building as per directions of Engineer in charge or authorised persons etc complete including labour,material and transportation charges all 7 days in a week from sunday to saturday etc complete. (Rates are excluding GST)
