| 1 | Professional Fee:
The Applicants seeking empanelment shall quote their professional consultancy fee as a percentage (%) of the project cost for the respective empanelment category/sub-category applied for. The percentage fee quoted by the Applicant shall be inclusive of all professional services covered under the Scope of Work, including fees of sub-consultants, associated consultants, site visits, presentations, coordination, statutory approval assistance, documentation, overheads, taxes, duties, and all incidental expenses.
The quoted percentage fee shall remain firm and valid during the entire period of empanelment,
including any extension thereof. For each category/sub-category, the lowest percentage fee quoted by a technically qualified Applicant shall be considered as the L1 Rate. BKDA reserves the right to offer the L1 rate to other technically qualified empanelled firms for acceptance and empanelment. | - | Percentage | - | - |
