Survey, Investigation, Design, Supply, Installation, Erection, Laying, Construction and Commissioning of MS Pipe Gravity Main from MBR to IPS-3 and construction of Intermediate Pumping Station-3 (IPS-3), Pumping machineries and allied works inside the pump houses, 5 years of O&M for Providing & supplying fresh water to the industrial areas in districts around Bengaluru on EPC Basis. (Package-3)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period 2020-21 to 2024-25. The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar nature such as Providing & Supplying water (fresh/recycled) to Industrial Areas/implementation of lift irrigation schemes/implementation of Tank Filling Schemes as per the detailed scope of work mentioned in the relevant clauses of value not less than Rs.326.05 Crores (excluding GST).

The Tenderer shall have supplied, executed and tested satisfactorily the MS pipeline network for a minimum length of 76.00 kms with a dia of above 1000mm & 31.00 kms with dia of above 500mm upto 1000mm in last 5 years

The Tenderer shall have executed and completed satisfactorily the RCC Jackwell/ pump house of size 100 sqm in last 5 years

The Tenderer / Tie-up partner for the pumps, should have manufactured, supplied, erected and commissioned in India, at least 3 numbers of Vertical turbine pumps with a capacity (flow rate) not less than 0.5736 cumecs combined output (0.29 cumecs output per pump) with a total head not less than 115m for each pump during the last 5 years

Executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work (80% of the peak annual rate of construction): Certificates of proof shall be issued from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Public Sectors/ Government Undertaking Organizations only will be considered for bid evaluation. (Quantities executed and work done certificates/work quantity certificates issued under private firms/private organizations/private individuals shall not be considered for bid evaluation) (1) Earthwork Excavation, Embankment and filling: 175050 Cum, (2) Cement concrete (PCC/RCC): 9683 Cum, (3) TMT Reinforcement Steel / Structural Steel: 592 MT, (4) MS pipe of minimum 900 mm dia & above: 35470 Rmtr, (5) Vertical Turbine Pumps: 02 Nos.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified critical equipment for this work and remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis of the key and critical equipment for this work in good working condition.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity: (A x N x 1.5 - B), Where, A: Maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N: Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B: Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 36 months

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period 2020-21 to 2024-25. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.435.00 Crore. (Civil Contract works)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.66.00 Crores (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for permitting the fund requirement etc - equivalent of the estimated cash flow for the months in the peak construction period)
