Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of corrugated or plain steel sheeting of any gauge thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cutt length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 as in foundations filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble with best quality locally available harder stone such as granite, trap or basalt brought upto courses well bonded bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 11 here-in-before but except stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plain exc. 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 13 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC M-10 nominal mix type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm aggregate) , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for colored chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of wall etc and applying one coat of all weather exterior paint , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
