OD44162/2026-2027:Leading the burnt motor power greater than 30 HP and up to 59 HP ( already dismantled) from pump house to the nearest road side, loading into the vehicle, including charges for loading and unloading etc

OD44194/2026-2027:Seperate the motor in to stator and rotor , remove the whole burnt stator coil by cutting, pulling and cleaning the slots.Insulating the slots by using nomex paper, rewinding the complete stator slots by using same gauge new copper super enameled winding wire and taping coils.Providing new lead wires, sockets etc.Varnishing the coil using best quality insulation varnish and baking the coils, reassembling and test run the motor.(Less the cost of scarp copper wire)

OD44196/2026-2027:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor after dismantling the damaged rotor winding from the rotor slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor with good quality correct gauge of super enameled copper winding wires, closing the rotor slots with fiber wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying

OD44197/2026-2027:Leading the rewound motor 30 to 110 HP from workshop to pump house including loading into the vehicle , unloading and conveying to the base plate etc.

OD44198/2026-2027:Refitting 31-60 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load
