Inspection and Routine maintenance of stacker reclaimars (M/C.HM 225 & HM 313) for smooth running including Training/ centering of belt with the help of take up, Overhauling & setting of grease dose feeder/ distributor valves, Routine/Schedule checking & topping up of oil of all gear boxes including the cleaning of outer surface tightening of bolts, Changing of brake liner and fitting work, Mechanical isolation of rail clamp or guide plate fitting, Vibrator Feeder’s vibration improvement/ setting as per requirement, Cleaning of raw water and solution tank from inside, Cleaning, checking of chocked dust suppression nozzles fitted at Boom Conv. & Tripper, Fitting of Non-return valve or gate valve or T/Bend coupling etc. in dust suppression.
