Bidder must submit an Affidavit that the bidder & OEM have not been blacklisted by any State Government/UT/PSU or Central Government or by any other Government Organization. Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- (Notarized) in original form shall be submitted

OEM/Bidder should have a Local Service Centre in and around of DAVANGERE UNIVERSITY, Davangere. (Direct /Authorized) Letter from OEM mentioning the address needs to be submitted as documentary proof (License copy of the bidder given by the Davangere Municipal corporation from last Three years because of service)

OEM/Bidder should have valid certificates ISO9001:2015

Bidder should give warranty as per specification

Annual Turnover Statement last Three years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) certificate from Department of Commercial Tax office

IT returns for the last three years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Last Three years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) GST Clearance certificate from Department of Commercial Tax office

Bidder needs to submit GSTR 3B for financial year i.e 2024-25 and upto Nov-2025
