Operation, maintenance and providing Civil and Electrical maintenance (including facility management service, if any) for residential and/or non-residential buildings of Adarsh Nagar Colony of LOCP, IBVA as Stop Gap arrangement for 120 days (Part-II)

CIVIL PART- Providing Technical assitance / Supervisor for Supervision of work and assiting the dept part and having good academic record and knowledge of computer etc to prepare report for departmental assistance, etc, assisting in technical works of department and work as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (01 highly skilled person per day in any shift of 08 hours as per requirement) ,

Upkeeping of residential quarters in the township including cleaning of bathrooms, staircase, courtyard, garage, parking space, premises and surrounding areas includlng collection of garbage and disposal to the dustbins by engaging sufficient numbers of manpower including cost of all necessary tools and supervision charges etc. allcomplete as per the direction of ElC. C Type Quarter (8 quarters), daily excluding holidays

Upkeeping of residential quarters in the township including cleaning of bathrooms, staircase, courtyard, garage, parking space, premises and surrounding areas includlng collection of garbage and disposal to the dustbins by engaging sufficient numbers of manpower including cost of all necessary tools and supervision charges etc. allcomplete as per the direction of ElC. iv. D Type Quarter (2 quarters), daily excluding holidays

Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping & walls ceillng, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all workang days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. da in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-ln-Charge.

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Engaging 02nos UnSkilled manpower for Upkeeping works in Officers' Club and Workers' Club for Pantry / Dining Cleaning services with all required materials including maintaining daily all the premises and disposing the refuse materials to the nearest dustbin all complete, as per instruction of EIC. (Manpower to be enagaged 06 days in week with staggered day of rest & shift of work will be as per suitability and requirement of the functions )

Cleaning and removal of accumulated earth garbage, garbage, debris, building rubbish and other waste materials including disposal of same , lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of EIC

Supply and providing Soap based multi use cleanser and deodorant (BENGAL CHEMICALS tiger brand white phenyl or its equivalent approved brand) in sealed container(s) of half litre capacity and distributing the same to all residential quarter(s) and service building(s) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( HALF LITER PER MONTH)
