Providing Galvalume sheet for newly constructed 2-lane RUB at 88.50 (Angle of Crossing) on link road from G.T. Road (NH-1) to Village Ghel at Level Crossing No.128C in Ambala District (Under CRF Scheme)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M-35 for construction of Colums and Beams using Ordinary Portland Cement of grade 43, appropriate sand, aggregate, water, admixtures in suitable proportions as per approved mix design, as per approved drawings supplied by the Engineer-in-charge, including all types of shuttering, staging, centering scaffolding, necessary tools, plants, machinery, and all related operations as required to complete the work with all leads, lifts and depths true to line, level and position all complete (excluding the cost of reinforcement steel). As per MORT&H specification for road and bridges works (5th revision) / latest edition as per clause No. 1000 / 1500 / 1700 / 2200 of MoRT&H Specifications – 2013. (A) The scope of work in the items include: (1) The cost of all incidental work required including providing, placement and removal shifting of shuttering, cleaning, oiling & maintenance, erection & removal of staging, scaffolding and form liner etc, for piers, pier caps, bearing pedestals and other works as stated in other parts of the tender documents. (2) The cost of casting of a mock pier at casting yard true to line, level and shape as per the direction of the Engineer – in - Charge. (3) The cost of casting of Colums and Beams etc. including providing and mixing all ingredients and admixtures etc. in batching plant, transportation, placement, compaction, finishing and curing, placing in position inserts with pier / pedestals as per specification and the direction of the Engineer – in - Charge.. (4) The cost of disposal of all spoils and to keep the work area neat and tidy during the work and thereafter. (5) The cost of barricading and all safety requirements as mentioned elsewhere in the tender document. (6) Installation of any fixture into Columns / beam etc (cost of fixtures if any, to be paid separately) (7) The cost of all incidentals, labour, material, equipment and works required for the execution of the job as per directions of engineer-in-charge. (8) The cost of testing all materials, involved in the execution of items as per QAP. (9) The cost of working for all leads, lifts, pumping / bailing out water, labour, material and equipment etc. (B) Mode of measurement: (1) Measurements shall be made for the finished volume of concrete only and will be restricted to the dimensions shown in the approved drawings. (2) Reinforcement steel shall be measured & paid separately.

Providing & Fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (a) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 200 x 300 mm of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL, SIMPOLO shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 14.92(a)). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is allotted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Steel Reinforcement: Supply, cutting, bending with all leads, lifts and depths, fixing in position reinforcement of any diameter, TMT Fe-500 as per relevant BIS specification and drawing in RCC works. The rate shall include cost of all material including galvanizing / epoxy coating tying wire, binding wire, cover block, provision of stools, chairs, spacer bars, overlaps, support bars , labour, transportation, storing and all other incidental charges, tools & plants etc complete. as per clause No. 1600 of MORT&H specification 2013 / Latest edition for road and bridges works.

Galvalume sheet (attached Specification) Providing & fixing arch shaped Galvalume sheet roofing 1.00 mm (BMT) Tensile strength 350 Mpa, coating mass 150 gms per sqm etc. of Bluescope (Australia) Thyseen Krupps (Germany), dongbu steel Co. Limited, (Korea), Corus steels, (U.K.), dofasco stell (Canada), Bethelehem steels (U.S.A) as per Specification, design & drawing (as per specification additional condition of galvalume sheet roofing attached). Complete in all respect. Note :- additional condition of galvalume sheet are attached separately in DNIT.

NOTE:- 1. IN CASE OF ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE UNIT & NOMENCLATURE OF ANY OF THE HSR ITEMS OF CIVIL WORK DEPICTED IN THIS DNIT AND THAT GIVEN IN HSR, THE UNIT AND NOMENCLATURE GIVEN IN HSR SHALL BE APPLICABLE. 2. ONLY REPUTED MAKE MATERIAL WILL BE USED (MAKE/BRAND EXHIBITED IN HSR AND EXHIBITED IN APPROVED STANDARD DOCUMENT) AS APPROVED BY ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE, WHILE EXECUTING VARIOUS ITEMS/WORKS AT SITE.
