Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/Brick/ Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 but except bricks completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for random rubble stone masonary , uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4) completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping benching and surface channel finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete jallies PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for raking out joints in cement mortar to random rubble or uncoursed or brought up to course stone masonry wallcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble, uncoursed masonry in CM 1:4 without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on RR stone/brick masonry walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, 75mm thick as in sub base floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, 25 mm thick as in floors finishes wthout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed, in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick , machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No.16.00 above but except tiles.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size as directed confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, fixed with grey cement and pigment including 30mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as speceified & directed by Engr -in charge. MAKE: - NITCO/NTC/ HINDUSTAN & EQUIVALENT.

All as per Srl item No. 18.00 above but except tiles.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
