Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texture , design and patterns having moisture content less than 2% , humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225;1987 , Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runners of size15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per Sqm) i.e 50 mm long , 8mm outer dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of 24x24x0.40 mm length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. the work shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions specifications, drawing and as per complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete in flooring type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for laying floor tiles.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic (light Shade) tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including back coat of cement mortar 10 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 as approved by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket and including necessary locks/handels etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S& F Galvanized mild steel wire-cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel cold rolled butt hinges medium weight 100 mm long complete all as specified.

S&F 200mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions of cement for fair finished over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces etc in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply Only integeral water proofing compound (liquid)

Supplying and fixing galvanized iron chicken wire mesh of approved quality, 20 gauge (approx. 0.9 mm), with mesh size not exceeding 25 mm x 25 mm, securely fixed with nails, screws, or staples over the existing cracks and extending a minimum of 75 mm on either side of the crack all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coats of alkali resitant primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer ove a coat of 1 to 2 mm thick water proof wall care putty, complete, all as speicfied and directed.

M&L for complete removal of all existing treatment and preparing surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:3 :6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggragate as in plinth protection all as specified.

M&L for anti-termite treatment by treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 liters of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge

Supply and fix TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick machine cut green marble stone as in floor, steps (in single piece), cooking platform, cills of window etc laid over 15 mm thick cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, c/roses, lamp holders, tube light fittings, sketch fittings, wooden boards, bell push, call bell, MCBs, & regulators etc & making good to disturbed surfaces & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc.

Taking down main switch, DB/change over/VTPN, MCCB AC box of any capacity.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated (FRLS) and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Conduit and all accessories Concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with modular white cover plate with frame for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators and blank cover etc complete including cutting of chases where as required and making good all disturbed work to match the existing all as specified and as directed for the following:-

S&F testing and commissioning of MCB SPN 240 volt 40 Amp 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs .

Taking down old existing fitting any type and Supply, fixing and Connecting of LED building security light fitting in top opening LED, highly efficient LED light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with low power LED's, direct modular IP lens, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device ,lumens should be ≥ 120 lm/w ,OEM driver,PF 0.9,CCT 5700K complete of capacity 25 wattage.

M&L for provn of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below the GL) with top edge not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected with galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr beyond the earth plates electrode and also the cost of the Test point.
