Surface dressing including bushes and plants in soft loose soil n exc 15 cm deep.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil & refilling of earth as required.

Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concret.M&L

Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4(40mm graded aggregate).M&L

Formwork to flat sides of concrete in rough finished foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter.

Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6.M&L

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement.

Preparation of new surface Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)M&L

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.S&F

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charg Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm.S&F

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. soft loose soil.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite tickness of granite 15 to 20mm.M&L

Prepairation of new steel surfaces and painting of synthetic enamel two coat on steel surfaces with of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described (M & L), with red oxide, zinc chrome primer.

Removing excavated materia of soil exc. 500 m but n exc. 1 Km and depositing where directed
