Material and labour repair/ maintenance and attending electrical fault/complaints of street light cables/feeder OTM and MD accn at Birpur - Ghanghora area including identifing the faults and rectifying cable faults, cleaning and removing of carbon from circuits/ wire connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable / defective street light fittings from Pole/ Bldg any type/ capacity & height for repairs / replacing the defective parts and refixing the same in the position after repairs and testing complete cable required for connection shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, size of cable shall be flat three core weather proof multistranded alumunium conductor cable, 2.5 mtr long complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The repair work shall be carried out on complaint basis and shall be measured & paid only once through out the contract period after carrying out irrespective number of repairs and required spairs parts shall be measured and paid seperatly.)

Cutting the rusted portion of in let or out let tubes including gas welding of new MS water tubes assembling the complete radiator including replacement of gasket, nut bolts, and testing for making it leak proof including oiling/servicing of water cooling assembly, replacing unserviceable parts, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(NOTE :- (i) Repairs/servicing/reassembling and testing of water cooling assembly shall be carried out on actual load. (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. Material and labour for Cleaning of MS fuel tank of DG sets of various capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/accumulated inside the tank of and disposal of sludge at a distance not exceeding 100 metre and cleaning the tank with kerosene oil , replacement of fuel tank strainer and unserviceable fuel gauge with new PVC fuel level indicator fixed with clips to the tank and marking levels for every 10 litre by marking and numbering on the side of fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable Dynamo assembly of 62.5 KVA capacity of DG set for repair and replacement of defective parts like as Carbon brush, Bearing No. 6302 and rewinding to armature with suitable gauge of copper wire, sleeve, glass paper and Varnish, soldering to commutator assembly, reassembling & fixing the same in position and testing the dynamo assembly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of lead acid battery 12 Volts, 180 AH including 02 duly initial charging of the battery and fixing to its position complete all as specified and directed.
