Construction of Boiler Foundation and associated works at Wayanad Dairy

Electrical Items :

Earth work excavation by manual/mechanical means upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including shoring, struting, bailing/pumping of water back filling of sides of foundations, low lying area etc. as per technical specifications.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 100 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and erecting form work for structures upto plinth level as per technical specifications.

Providing and fixing in position precast concrete slab ( mix 1:2:4) with 20mm down size aggregate excluding the cost of reinforcement but including centering and shuttering as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Supply and fixing of MS Plate/ MS chequered plate of different thickness and size as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including cutting, welding, centering etc all including painting with one coat of anti corrosive yellow zinc chromate primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make.

Provding and fixing MS angle/channel supports as per the direction of Engineer in charge including cutting, welding etc all one coat of anti corrosive yellow zinc chromate primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Providing and applying cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 12mm thick.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including finishing the broken surface to match with the surrounding, removing the debris as directed within site, cutting the reinforcement if any etc. complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Supplying and fixing CI manhole cover with frame of specified size and shape as per technical specifications

Providing and laying G.I pipe of specified diameter and class as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.
