sheet / Pre coated Sheet fixed with galvanized iron J or

4 L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen Sq.Mtr 1

and GI limpest washer or GI limpet washer. Roof top to

be installed in existing structure.

Providing, erection, fabricating the M.S. structure as

per requirement on site incorporating proper size of

M.S. angles, flats, bars, channels, Joints, Iron rails,

ISA/ISMC/ISMB/MS Flat, Plates, M S Grill etc complete

with cutting, welding, grinding & finishing duly painted

with one coat of red oxide with erection on site as per

direction of engineer in charge with necessary grouting,

cementing, plastering & finishing complete.

Add for specialized type of fabrication work on height

5.1 by using scaffolding or tower stair or rope etc in item Kg. 1

Providing and casting C.C in grade M 20 using granite,

6 quartzite trap metal of required mm size for RCC work Cu M 1

including Curing work complete.

Supply, fabrication and complete installation of 3mm

thick Hot deep Galvanized Iron GI chain link fencing

7 wire as per technical specifications and as per RMT 1

instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Cost including

transportation.

Supply, fabrication and Installation of Raling with

Medium duty 40 mm G. I pipes with coupling and Angle

8 of 65 mm as a stand with support /RCC of following Kg 1

sizes, specials with proper position, alignment Epoxy

painting as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Epoxy Painting: - Applying Primary coat of Red Oxide

and two coat Epoxy painting of steel structure after by

thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign

matter and scoured with brushes fine steel, scrapers,

emery paper etc. Color will be as per instruction of

Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply, fabrication and installation charges of Hinges , per

Stoppers and Aldraf on Main Gate Or Repairing of it. Gate

Supply, fabrication, installation of M.S. Bird screen net

with 25mm x 5 mm Flat, with 3mm thick M.S. bar with

1" Opening or other convenient size with one coat of

red oxide and black finsh painting with required civil

chipping and finishing work along with jasti khilla to

complete entire Job.

Add for specialized type of fabrication work on height

12 by using scaffolding or tower stair or rope etc in item Kg. 1

Supply, installation of M.S. Rolling Shutter upto 3.5 mtr

Note :- 1) Rates quoted by contractor will be applicable to all items mentioned in PRICE

2) All Contractor has to Carry out work at quoted unit rates on Rate Contract basis as and when

required by Client even on holidays.
