(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Granular Sub-Base (GSB) Laying; Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Base- Water Mix Macadam(WMM) Laying; Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Prime coat(on base layer); Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm (with MS bitumen emulsion)
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Tack coat (on base layer); Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.B.M./W.M.M @ 0.75 Kg / sqm
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Tack coat (on BT layer); Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On Bituminous Surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam(DBM) Laying; Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 75mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Bituminous Concrete(BC) Laying; Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Existing Side Drain clearance; Removal of earth from the chocked side drains manually
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: Road Side Drains with Random Rubble Masonry; Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
(A) Restoration of flexible pavement at Km 106.60: PCC (1:5:10) of 100mm thickness; Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
(B) Slope Protection work at Km 68.80 (Retaining wall): Clearing & Grubbing; Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
(B) Slope Protection work at Km 68.80 (Retaining wall): Reinforced Earth Retaining wall with CCS facia; Providing and Laying of Reinforced Earth Structure with CCS flexible fasia to withstand fasia of min density 0f 0.935 g/cm3 as per ASTM 1505 and Section 700/ Section 3105.1f MoRTH with min. sheet thickness of 1.52 mm , with reinforcing geogrids with stiffness at 0.5% strain shall be => 350, both in Machine and cross Machine direction as per ISO 10319 Section 700 MoRTH and Non-Woven Geotextile for separation and sub-surface drainage along with excavation & preparation of foundation for making of base of the geosynthetic Wall (Including labour and machinery) RSS wall (60x7x4)
(B) Slope Protection work at Km 68.80 (Retaining wall): Providing and laying of sub-surface drainage; Providing and Laying of sub-surface drainage system comprising of semi perforated pipes of strength 6 kg and min dia of 150 mm, wrapped in permeable synthetic non woven geotextiles of with Grab strength of 1400 (Elongation at Failure <50%)/ 900 N (Elongation at failure >50%)as per ASTM D 4632 sec-700 MoRTH
(B) Slope Protection work at Km 68.80 (Retaining wall): Providing and laying of filter media; Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 300 mm spread in uniform layers in prepared surface with sizes >10mm and <20mm to take out the water from the system as per MoRTH 400 -2 (Clause 401) -(MoRTH Table 300-4)
(C) Slope Protection work at Km 71.50 (Breast wall): Clearing & Grubbing; Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
(C) Slope Protection work at Km 71.50 (Breast wall): Excavation in Hilly Area in Ordinary Rock; Excavation in Hilly Area in Ordinary Rock by Mechanical Means not Requiring Blasting. (Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring ballasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metres )
