Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work decomposed conglomerate saturated soil soft and hard rock upto all leads lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtr. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4app.sand:8app.graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth in all height and depth including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1-1/2:3 (1cement :1-1/2 sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in reinforcement for RCC work including all leads lifts complete and carriage of material etc. as per directions of Engineer in charge.

(b) Wall (any thickness but not less then 0.10 thick) attached pilasters, buttress and the like

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm so as to give rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, highs or propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- RCC work and PCC work including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge in : -

(a) flat surfaces such as softies and suspended doors, roofs landing and the floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness.

(b) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 app. sand : 4app. graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced work in suspended floors, roofs landings shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level in all height and depth, including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Mild/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in positing complete up to floor two level including all leads, and carriage of material at site and as directions of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar moorum, shingles. Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock & and hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same wherever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Laying & jointing in trenches following dia metres of GMS pipe (Earth work to be measured and paid for seperately ) including all leads ,lifts and carriage of material as site and as directed by the Engineer incharge
