Arranging AC Maintenance Technicians at site with proper tools and tackles for checking, testing and fault finding of Split AC units etc. complete as required.

General Servicing of 1.5 /2.0 TR SAC / WAC units of different make i/c cleaning the air filters, de-dusting the condenser and evaporator coils with the help of Blower and water servicing etc complete as reqd. (cleaning solutions if required shall also be provided).

Replacement of the faulty /damaged spare parts of the SAC/WAC units by new ones of approved make and capacities/ ratings suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR SAC/WAC units connection and testing etc. complete as reqd.

Repair of Split AC indoor unit electronic PCB card for above make Split AC units i/c replacement of electronic parts like diode ,transistors etc & re-fixing the same in indoor unit ,testing etc as reqd.

Replacement of faulty compressor by Rotary/Twin Rotary type Compressor suitable for 1.5 TR Split AC units (copper) suitable for working with R22/R410A refrigerant and operation on 220 volts 1-phase, 50 Hz AC supply i/c removing the faulty one, disconnection and reconnection of refrigerant pipes, electrical connections testing etc. complete as reqd. (make-Emerson Copeland /Hitachi/LG/Mitsubishi/GMMC) . The faulty dismantled Compressor may be retained by the firm.

Replacement of faulty and un-serviceable condenser coil of 1.5 TR Split AC units (LG/Hitachi make) by a new one of reputed make, L-type copper condenser coil 22X32 inch, double rows type for ODU including dismantling the faulty one and fixing the new coil, brazing, soldering etc. complete as required.(Hitachi/Godrej & Boyce/SS make) (Rate is after deducting the cost of dismantled materials)

Providing and fixing of suitable size L- shaped powder coated MS bracket (2 nos. per set ) for fixing of the outdoor unit of the split A/C units and fixing on wall with anchor bolts, drilling holes etc. complete as reqd.

Providing & laying of additional refrigerant copper pipe for suction & discharge line (size not less than 1/4" & 1/2" dia ) or as recommended by the manufacturer along with expanded polythene foam insulation i/c cutting ,brazing /making joint etc as reqd. The measurement shall be taken on linear basis for one circuit which includes suction & discharge line & foam insulation.

Supplying & laying of 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & sheathed copper cable for electrical connection of indoor and outdoor units of ACs etc as reqd. (Finolex/L&T/Polycab/Havells)

Dismantling the Indoor and Outdoor units of Split AC units after disconnection of power supply and refrigerant pipes etc. as required.

Transportation of 06nos recovered Outdoor and 07nos of Indoor units of Split ACs from various BTS sites (Narisho, Kapileswarpur, Goradiha to Sancharkhetra, Puri i/c loading, unloading etc. complete as required.

Transportation of 03nos recovered Outdoor and 2nos Indoor units of Split ACs from Bhubaneswar to Sanchaekhetra, Puri i/c loading, unloading etc. complete as required.

Installation , testing , & commissioning of the recovered 1.5 TR split A.C. Unit by mounting / fixing of indoor & outdoor units , connection of refrigerant pipes, drain pipes, connection of electrical cables, leak testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/R -407 / R -410 up to specified pressure in 1.5 TR WAC/ Split AC units after leak testing , leak rectification i/c testing for proper cooling of the AC units etc. as reqd.

Top up of R-22 / R-407 /R -410 gas in existing Window A.C /Split A.C units, i/c testing etc. as required.

Painting of the Split AC Outdoor unit protection MS Grill with two coats of primer and synthetic enamel paint after removing the rust etc. as required.
