Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm(Fifty three millimetre) to 22.4mm (Twenty two point four millimere ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN Statics roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -III as per technical specification clause 405 by Manual Means including carriage of material within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 Kg./sqm. (Zero point nine zero - One point two killogram per square metre ) Using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per squaremetre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumenous binder transported to site laid over prevously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem roller compaction as per 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desires compaction within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant ) producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to five point six ) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
