Desludging & cleaning of manholes depth not exc 1.0m of any size & shape by removing all sludge/waste etc from the manholes and finally cleaning with fresh water including disposing of all sludge/waste etc outside MOD land (complaint slip collect from complaint cell in daily)

All as per Item No 1 above but depth of manhole exc 1 mtr and n.exc 2 mtr

Cleaning & desludging of septic tanks of capacity 10 to 25 users by pumping out sewage & sludge & disposing all waste including liquid in covered tanks outside MOD land and finally cleaning & washing with fresh water complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Cleaning & desludging of sockage well of capacity 2.5m dia and 3m depth by pumping out sewage & sludge & disposing all waste including liquid in covered tanks outside MOD land and finally cleaning & washing with fresh water complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Cleaning of gully traps, WHB, Floor trap, nahali traps etc any type of floor position by removing all sludge/waste etc including cleaning of connected pipe upto gully trap to remove blockage, and finally washing with clean water including disposing of all sludge/waste etc outside MOD land.

Cleaning of blockage from WC/EWC/Urinal at any type of floor by removing all sludge/waste etc including cleaning of connected pipe upto first manhole to remove blockage, and finally washing with clean water including disposing of all sludge/waste etc outside MOD land.

Cleaning of sewage lines 100/150/200 mm dia from manhole to manhole by manual/mechanical rodding, removing all sludge/waste and making the line functional incl disposing of all sludge/waste etc outside MOD land.

Demolition and breaking up 150/200 mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, including PCC packing under haunching against the sides of bed and complete PCC of bed all complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc or shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and exc 1.50 mtr but n.exc 3.00 mtr in depth for foundation etc or shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm in layer complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:2 complete with collars complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in packing under and haunching against the side of RCC hume drain pipes for 150mm dia bore after they are laid and tested

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/paving/hardstanding. Incl finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base to floors and pavings complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for soakage well/manhole and similar works supported on walls set in cement mortar 1:6, including form work complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including bedding and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, using solid PCC block of mix 1:5:8 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) thickness of wall exc 10cm thick, with plain or inter locking joints as directed setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface of wall etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) 75mm/100mm bore floor trap with grating outlet including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 110mm bore 'P' or 'S' trap complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of sockage well of size 2.4m dia x 3.0 mtr depth excavation in any type of soil with PCC solid block masonry in CM 1:4 and RCC cover slab and filling with brick bats complete as per TD drg CEAA/TD/80

M&L for construction of septic tanks including excavation in ordinary soil, foundation PCC 1:2:4, PCC solid block masonry in CM 1:4, RCC slab, reinforcement, including RCC manhole covers, CI vent shaft and sludge chambers etc for 25 users complete all as per specified in TD drawing CEAA/TD/78

M&L for cleaning of PCC/stone masonary/brick drain wall by removing all the rubbish/debris/deposited mud/other foreign materials etc depth & width n.exc 1.5 mtr and removal of all the rubbish to distance exc 1 km and not exc 2 km complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of HDPE/PVC water tank of capacity upto & including 500 ltr by flushing out water, cleaning & removing of sludge, scale mud etc from wall & floor by rubbing with brushes, cleaning with caustic soda etc complete & finally washing with fresh water including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and after cleaning the tank, refixing of outlet and inlet of water pipe line complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.39.00 above but capacity of tank exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr
