Design, supply, installation, construction, laying and connection of MS Raw water Rising Main of 1600mm diameter,1400mm diameter and 1200mm diameter (Total length 2240m) of 12mm thick along with necessary arrangement from Kamdahari Bridge (Near Metro Pier No.228) up to the Intake well of WTP at Peyarabagan (Excluding the Jackpush Portion near Garia Adi-Shamshan) within Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality including Temporary road restoration upto WBM stage and complete Defect Liability Period (DLP) for 60 months after completion of work under AMRUT on Turnkey basis.

Supply of 1600 mm dia SWMS Pipes including cutting , welding , bending and fabrication of MS pipes and specials at working sites and proper epoxy primer and epoxy paintings complete as specified.

Supply of 1400 mm dia SWMS Pipes including cutting , welding , bending and fabrication of MS pipes and specials at working sites and proper epoxy primer and epoxy paintings complete as specified.

Supply of 1200 mm dia MS Pipes including cutting , welding , bending and fabrication of MS pipes /SWMS Pipes and specials at working sites and proper epoxy primer and epoxy paintings complete as specified.

Road Profile and land Survey work and preparation of working alignment of pipeline.

Excavation of earth and road crust at all sites upto the depth where proper cushion over MS pipe shall be obtained.

Providing shoring with wooden planks on both side of the excavated wall to retain the earth along the pipe alignment.

Providing shoring with MS sheet piles or MS joist-plates on both side of the excavated wall to retain the earth along the pipe alignment.

Laying of entire continuous stretch of MS pipes (1600 mm and 1400 mm dia) with all types of specials to connect with all the terminating ends including final epoxy painting complete.

Supply and Installation of 2 nos Valve Chambers , 1 no 1000 mm dia & 1 no 600 mm dia Butterly Valves , 2 nos 150 mm dia & 2 nos 200 mm dia Air Valves , 1 no 300 mm dia Wash Out Sluice Valves with adequate length of ERWMS pipes and other supporting structures.

Testing of MS pipes and all other MS & RCC components , Hydraulic Testing of pipe as per tender documents.

Temporary Road Restoration upto WBM stage by compacted 100 mm thick jhama-khoa over 100 mm thick compacted bats over 75 mm thick Brick Flat Soling over consolidated silver sand filling from the top of MS Pipe laid through the entire stretch of pipeline.

Removal of rubbish, repairing and reconstruction of the structures damaged and demolished during laying of pipe and removal of rubbish and clearing the site.
