M&L repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc including removing mud etc. to a distance minimum 1.50m from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanisum, supplying, laying, spreading 30mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete carpet (VG-30) with 0.406 cum crushed and graded coarse aggregates with design mix formula with bitumen not less than 5.5% binder content using paver with mechanical paver all as specified in clause device for automatic leveling and profile control within the specified tolerance as mentioned in SSR Part-I , rolled with 8 to 10 tone powar Roller to uniform smooth surface and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, n.exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bituminous (VG-10) grade at 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, spreading upto 75mm or less consolidated thickness of premix bituminous macadam carpet filling in depression (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer using mechanical paver using bituminous binder (VG-30) at the rate 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted/ consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Design mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggragates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20B 2.5 of SSR, 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with the following constraints:- Aggregate passing 13.2 mmIS Seive- 100% Aggregate Passing 5.60mm IS Seive- 40% to 50% Aggregate passing 2.8mm IS Seive- 30% to 35% Note for item No 2 & 5 Based on job formula , in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen)is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ 40/- per Kg of bitumen (less consumed ) shall be appllied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items , hence the qouted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows letter, marking etc of 3mm thick film on new surface or previously treated road surface with hot applied retro-reflective thermoplastic exc 10 cm wide n exc 15cm wide road marking paint (white/golden/yellow) conforming to MORTH (Clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160°C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement delineator 1200mm long made of 2 mm thick steel sheet rectangular OD size 75 x 100mm. Bottom plate 2mm thick of size 150 x 150 mm for firm grip welded to base. Top end closed with 2mm steel sheet. At top on both sides diamond grade cube corner micro white reflector of size 75 x 125mm laminated in 2mm deep cavity to make it scratch resistant. Post to have two bands all around of white/yellow/red reflective sheet of width 225mm by keeping black coat as bands for greater night visibility. All coated with heat process and baked to 120°C or powder coated to make all weather resistant and fixing in PCC(1:2:4) with size of block 150mm x 150mm x300mm deep including required excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The rate of PCC and earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra).

S&F in replacement Cat eye, Solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mmx128mmx30mm of red / yellow / white with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with 100 gm epoxy mixture and placing the cats eye without applying excessive pressure and fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F two way reflective Solar road studs (100% water proofing design according to IP-65) of dimensions 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono-crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.30 Watt, one Ni-Mh of Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V /1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (Millicandela) , view distance upto 1000 meters, flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight of solar studs (10 Tone approx) with impact resistance aluminium alloy body with yellow/ red/ white/ green reflective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm epoxy mixture and placing the cats eye without applying excessive pressure and fixed with 12mm dia and 120mm long zinc plated steel nail at the centre of cats eye complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road speed bumps manufactured by HDPE/PE materail highly resistant to serve impact and harsh weather condition incl two way reflective studs are clearly visible to the motorists during night hours filed with appropriate epoxy and 4 or 6 nos nails, size 750 x 250 x 75 mm and wt 2160gm complete all as specified and directed.
