Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper . jumper blasting , hard blasting in dry or saturated conditions unto any depth and lift including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting and pumping out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material clear from the edges of excavation as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinths and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed materials to be neatly dressed levelled as directed by the Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement; four sand : eight graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeters) nominal size mixed and vibrated mechanically and curing complete including the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement; three sand six graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size mixed and vibrated mechanically and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm ( thirty eight millimeters )thick cement concrete 1:2:4 ( One cement : two sand: four graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm (twelve point five millimeters nominal size) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Brick masonry using second class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level in all heights in cement mortar 1;6( one cement; six sand)and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6(one cement; six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering in all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/ or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement; five sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering in all heights floor level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces ( two or more coats ) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose powdered materials upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built-up section , trusses and framed work inclding cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.
