Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding including padding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, or in any position (after staging) etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for credit, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-B), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg ) as in padding on roof laid in 50mm thick average required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerb, mud stops, benching , including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using WPC @ 0.200ML per 50Kg bag of cement on surfaces of roof and parapet, finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3Kg /sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal & 400 N/Sqcm in transverse direction by torch method with min 100 mm side lap and 150 mm end lap followed by application of a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per sqm and blinded with clean dry sand @ 0.5Kg/sqm over the APP membrane on roof, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : IWL India Ltd/ Pidilite Industries/ STP Ltd/ Sika. NOTE: The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the Authorised applicator of the Manufacturers.

All as per item No. 11 above but on vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement laid on concrete roof, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete or dubbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork including taking down and removing the debris outside the defence land, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Snowcem Bombay/ Silvocem/ Durocem/ Super Snowcem/ Aquacem/ Decocem.

Supply and fixing, pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating mild steel corrugated sheets 0.50mm thick , having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting 1.00mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof/wall etc, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: TATA BLUESCOPE Industries Ltd/JSW Steel Ltd/BHUSHAN Steel Ltd.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting in repair, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer with screwable lid, 1000 litre capacity, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex/ SFMC/ Polycon/ Diplast.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 1000ltrs, draining out water, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs/cleaning and removing accumulated sludge/dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank by using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground "cleaned on (date)" height of words should be 100mm and hoisting in required, refixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning the tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, galvanized steel water tubes, 20mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal/TATA/Surya.

Fixing only galvanized steel water tubes, 20mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors retrieved from item No. 21 above, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 142gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, stop valves/angle stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions 20mm bore dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and thickness( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removal of debris outside MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel rolling shutter/collapsible gate and like, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing, 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing, Solid one side prelam (texture shall be approved by GE) PVC sheet Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 160mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, fixed to pipes with adhesive/solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), of any description in ground floor and paving (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling broken brick bats of size 40mm to 63mm as in sunken portion including grouting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementations composite compound coating of make as approval in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) First layer of slurry of cement @.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementations composite compound @ .253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementations composite compound @ .126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. complete all as specified and directed. (c) The rate include aeration of surface treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe and masonry within polymer mixed slurry. (d) This statement shall be provided after provision of cement plaster mixed with WPC and synthetic fibres while concrete is still green (Rate for WPC and synthetic fibre included in this item). (e) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesive shall be provided over above treatment.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for First Quality, Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 6mm to 7mm thick,in patches maximum 2 Sqm each in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles complete over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 600mmx600mm/605mmx605mm laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed. All as per item No. 44 above but in skirting and dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cast iron floor trap 75mm outlet , with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, Cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, 100mm bore, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints 1:3 , laid in trenches or under floors or on wall as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, cast iron bend (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers suitable for 100mm bore pipes, ISI marked, with cement joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing / old decoration i.e paint from unplastered/ plastered surfaces of walls using steel wire brushes, scraping down to remove efflorescent salts, grease spots, moulds, moss, etc., including brooming down, washing, rubbing down using sand paper, including stopping of distrubed surfaces, planes/edges with white cement putty & rubbing with sand paper to obtain regular and smooth surfaces, and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion anti weather & anti algae paint (1st quality paint) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer upto a height of 25 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 74175.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
