Patch repair work on rural roads falling under the subdivision of Assistant Engineer-III (Part-II)

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading uniform layers with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth MORD specifications 401 including all taxes but excluding cost of GST.

Providing laying, spereading and compacting stone aggregates (G-3) of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including speading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, MORD Specification 405.3 including all labour, meterial, royalty and T&P labour cess all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen over Granular surface treated with primer coat at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc but including cost of bitumen for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

Providing, laying and rolling of open- graded premix carpet of 20 mm thikness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggrigates using VG-10 Bitumen to reguirred line, grade and level to serve wearing course on previous prepared base by manual MORD Specifications 508 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc but including cost of bitumen for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

Providing, laying and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc but inclduing cost of bitumen for proper completion of work but Excluding GST
