Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fully Automatic LT Panel for Submersible pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet powder coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 1 No. pump of rating 15HP automatically through Variable Frequency Drive Starter. Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry pump protection. It should get on and off command automatically from PLC and HMI. Monitoring and controlling of Pump running and tripping status should be monitored and controlled remotely through IOT enabled device. Access should be given to 3 users. Reputed make.
Providing and fixing of Kirloskar/Leader make Cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve of class PN 1.60 having bye pass arrangement ( to be provided on delivery side) of size of one size higher than the delivery size of pump and shall be suitable for withstanding nominal seat presure of 16.32 Kg/Cm2 confirming to BIS 5312-1984 Part-II .(The size & class of valve shall be specified by the tenderer)
Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.
On supply side of 3½ core coper cable 6 mm^2 ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter).
On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 4mm^2 ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore
Supply of standarad make 80mm dia circular/square dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/ Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.
Laying of G.I.pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of
Delivery Pipe/column assembly G.I. medium class (size of pipe to be specified by the tenderer).
P/L double loop earthing with copper plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, GI wiring & 25x5mm copper strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with upto date ammendments for above motor & other electrical equipment.
Errection of all equipments including cost of tees, bends tapers & any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Rising main Excavation in foundation trenches (for Pipes & Pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft /hard rock or chieselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/strutting planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the unserviceable soil in trenches in 15cm ( Fifteen centimeter) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unserviceable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Laying, jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, BIS marked G.I. pipe 150mm dia plain ended (Medium class) duly flanged after 100 mtrs. pipe with intermediate butt welded joints including the cost of bends/short pieces made from parent tubes of diferent degrees cutting welding and jointing with flanges conforming to tables as specified below of BIS: 6392 -1971 (latest with upto date ammendments) welded at both ends as per BIS:814 (latest with upto date ammendments) with electrodes confirming to BIS 814 (latest with upto date ammendments) & provided with nuts and bolts BIS: 1369 (latest with upto date ammendments) of required sizes, 4 mm thick champion make compressed asbestos fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gasket confirming to BIS:2712 (latest with upto date ammendments) & approved specifications as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The cost of earth work of trenches and the cost of MS flanges and rubber gasket will be measured & paid for separately)
