Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface od granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means. MORTH

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth specification clause no 505 complete in all respects.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exccding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated lead upto 50 mtr. & lift upto 1.5Mtr. dispose earth to be leveled & dressed. : All kinds of soil. The Contractor has to detect Different utilities like sewer line, water Supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : bituminous road

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, spreding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing,Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to WMM specification including premixing the mat. with water at OMC in mechanical mix plants carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layors with paver i sub -base course on van prepaired surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR-18/I-13.4.1/P-222)

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality materials of Berger / J.K / Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. . Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). 40 mm thick.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Provindig and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectrorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.
