Consultancy Services for Obtaining Environmental Clearance for expansion of AIIMS Rishikesh

Consultancy Services for Obtaining Environmental Clearance (EC) from SEIAA, Uttarakhand, including site visit, preliminary meetings, collection of documents and technical inputs; preparation and submission of Form-1, Pre-Feasibility Report (PFR) and Terms of Reference (ToR) proposal; presentation before SEAC; follow-up and compliance of queries for obtaining ToR; conducting one season (3 months, excluding monsoon) baseline environmental studies covering ambient air quality, noise, water, soil, ecology & biodiversity, socio-economic environment, and land use/land cover analysis; environmental impact assessment and modelling; risk assessment and disaster management plan; preparation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP) including mitigation measures, monitoring plan and budgeting; preparation and submission of final EIA/EMP report; presentation before SEAC; follow-up with SEIAA/SEAC and obtaining Environmental Clearance from SEIAA, Uttarakhand, complete in all respects as per applicable EIA.
