Fabricating and supplying cylindrical shape , stainless steel barrel of diameter 500 mm and height 1250mm made of 304 grade stainless steel. Bottom & top of the tank in spherical shape , top of the barrel is to be with detachable water tight flanged joint. Suitable supporting stand in stainless steel to be provided . At the top and bottom of the barrel , inlet and outlet are fixed with 75mm stainless steel pipe with flanged ends . Two number of 20 mm stainless steel pipe nipple are to be fixed at the top and bottom of the tanks for fixing pressure gauge, and other appurtenances. Four numbers of stainless steel perforated plates ( with 6mm at bottom , 4 mm , 2mm and 1mm perforation/longitudinal slots with required spacing) of 2mm thick ss plate having same inside diameter, (with required horizontal stiffeners) barrel. The barrel are to be provided with suitable locking and holdings arrangements for the horizontal plates . To hold the perforated plates horizontally inside the barrel four number of 10mm vertical stainless steel rods are placed inside suitably welded at the bottom of the vessel and 12 mm dia ss pipe having a length of 10cm/5cm bits inserted in the entire length of all the four rods . Stainless steel pipe 12 mm dia with 4mm perforations @ 5cm c/c on both sides shall be placed below the bottom most plate to support the plate and for blowing air from outside as per the drawings attached including cost of all fitting and fixing charges etc complete. The unit is to be tested for water pressure of 3kg/cm2. The unit shall be fitted with required length of 50mm stainless steel pipe 5 nos of 50mm stainless flanged ss ball valves,One non return valve as per drawing etc complete.

The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducingpermeability of concrete by more than 85%, compared control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline dry shake shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-incharge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
