Architectural and structural audit of existing building comprising of Hospital Block, Admn. Block, PET-CT Block and Dharamshala for regularisation the addition /alteration, modification and construction carried out in existing building including checking of structural stability with the help of available structural drawings or Non-Destructive Test (NDT) or Partial Destructive Test (PDT) analysis of the structure of which structural drawing is not available. Submission of Audit Report to Engineering-In-Charge and get corrections and amendment in existing building as per building by Law and giving structural stability certificate including Preparation of existing building plans, layout plan/ all submission drawings/ models for submission to MCD and other local authorities and obtaining approval from local bodies i.e. MCD, DUAC, and Fire Department etc., complete job. (Necessary statutory fee shall be born by DSCI)
Preparation of Architectural and Structural drawings for construction of multi level Fire Exit ramp with lifts and parking /OPD Block etc as per requirement including getting approval of same from Local bodies i.e. MCD, DUAC and Fire Department etc., complete job. (Necessary statutory fee/ charges shall be born by DSCI)
