( welding etc., if necessary)

Providing all tools, tackles, labour, and material for Providing scaffolding and shuttering using G.I.Pipe/ wooden shuttering wherever necessary and for making platforms etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. 3. GI Scaffolding pipes will be issued to the agency on hire/rental basis.

Providing all tools tackles materials and applying average 15 mm thick plastering with rendering at all levels on columns, beams, RCC louvers and other areas with ready to use one part polymer modified cement mortar RENDROC S OR S2 of FOSROC CHEMICALS or equivalent, chipping out the loose concrete spallings, hacking the concrete surface for bonding ,surface preparation, applying Nito zink primer on exposed reinforcement and curing with Nito bond AR or equivalent of the concrete/ plastered areas as per manufacturers specifications. (NOTE desirable properites of the mortor will be high and early compressive strength, low permeability, and high resistance to chemical attack). (upto a height of 15m, scaffolding cost will be paid separately) as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior coating of Apex Ultima Suprema Weatherproof of M/s. Asian Paints / Excel of M/s. Nerolac / Heatshield of M/s. O.FIXIT / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered surfaces/RCC columns and beams in XU-I, XU-II & H2S areas at all heights and as required, on concrete surfaces including surface preparation, filling up of holes and cracks with approved filling materials, applied @ 5 - 6 sq.m./ltr for two coats or as per manufactures specifications. over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm), ensuring an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats etc. including necessary scaffolding and staging whereever required, insurance coverage to workers,tools, tackles ,safey appliances. PPE's complete as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of Synthetic Rubber adhesive of M/s Pidilite / M/s. Dr. Fixit make or equivalent brand. It should be useful for Multiple Purpose like, laminating plywood, MDF, Particle board, block board; bonding leather fabric, Metal, Foil, different types of rubber all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Smartblok FG Epoxy Paint Coating of M/s JSW or other approved equivalent make in two or more coats over prepared concrete/plastered surfaces, after application of one coat of compatible epoxy primer, The surface shall be thoroughly prepared by cleaning and removing all dust, loose particles, oil, grease, laitance, and other contaminants, and by carrying out all necessary preparatory works . The epoxy coating shall be applied to achieve a minimum total Wet Film Thickness (WFT) of 100 microns for each coat, with an indicative coverage of 3–5 m² per litre per coat, including proper mixing, application, curing, and protection of the coated surface. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, primer, epoxy coating, labour, tools and tackles, equipment, handling, wastage, cleaning, and necessary to complete the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing and levelling of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish within plant premises etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:2:3.5:9[1 cement,2sand,3.5 Fly ash, 9 stone aggregate] grade, with ACC/Ultratech/Birla A1 or any other approved cement using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, strom water drains, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc. including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). make of ACC/ULTRATECH/BIRLA/JAYPEE cement grade of OPC-43, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrator, centering, shuttering, finishing, curing by hassien cloth, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. The cement consumption for this item is 400Kg/Cum. If the curing has not done properly by using hassien cloth Rs.500 per Cum will be recovered from the bill.
