2.2 (i) (A) Clearing and grubbing of road land including up rooting rank vegetation grass,bush, shurbs saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of un seviceable materials & stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness. (1) By manual Means- (a) In area of non thorny jungle.

2.14 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Il. By Mechanical Means (a) Bituminous Courses.

Earth Work in Subgrade & Shoulder 3.14 (i) Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all 3/3.14-(1) lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause. (a) Private Land At top and shoulder portion.

4.9 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

5.1 (ii) Prime Coat (ii) Medium porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

5.2(iii) Tack Coat (iii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

17.3 ii (A) Bituminous Concrete:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MOSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) 1. With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MOSRT&H specification) A. With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen i. for Grading I (19 mm nominal size).

Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs 10.2.A Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatorysign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. (ii) 60 cm equilateral triangle.

(iv) 800mm x 600mm rectangular.

10.16 Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of RIDF Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate will be welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mmx size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS iangle iron 25mmx5mmx5mm. The anfle iron frame of the lower most plate and flate iron frameof middle plate will be welde to 2 nos. 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tube posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, bordes etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic emnamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted and two coats of 1) PMGSY Logo Board @ 2.0 KM Interval

16.43 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.

16.43 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MOSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.
