S & F Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm gradedcrushed stone aggregates), drain slab, manhole cover, set in cement mortar 1:6, including necessary form work, moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L M S TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping etc, binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.complete all as specified.

Extra forming fair finished drain or channels 30cm girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as especified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 min deapth for foundation or for shaft etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 105m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of septic tank /soakage well/Manhole of any capacity mechanically bu using mobile high pressure super sucker machine (Honey sucker) consisting of a sluge tank a high pressure water jet pump and high flow jetting blower or vaccume pump for suction and each trip shall clean minimum 6 cub.m of sludge including of dilute liquid. Pumping out sewage water, accumulated night soil, sludge's, (both solid and liquid) and other obstructive material into dump tank and removing to outside of Defence land immediately for disposal, re-fixing the cover after complete cleaning, all as specified and directed. Note: - 1. After removal of the sludge the septic tank, soak well, manholes to clened with throughly with water presssure. 2. Proper hygenic perecations shall be maintined. 3. Site record register will be maint for record of trips and signed by Contractor and Engineer-in- Charge both.

Cleaning blockage of WC ,Gully trap, floor trap etc up to Ist manhole by roding and removing sludge if any incl cleaning the area by flushing water complete all as per site requirements and as directed.

M& L for Vitreous china squatting pan white Orissa Pattern Of size 580x440mm with integhral foot rest complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including bend pipe for flush connection to trap and to flush pipe and making good the floor with provn of concrete bedding in repairs and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 10 litre capacity PVC valve less syphlonic action type flusing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve, float, handle including brackets etc fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantelling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick,area exc 0.06sqm but nexc 0.11 sqm of each tile in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured jointless tiles (300x450)x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement tiles heavy duty, 30CM X 30CM X 25 MM thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement mixed with colour pigments, including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing size as approved by Engineer- in- Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link fencing supplied under item No 59 above shall be fixed.

Restraining, resecuring including good stapples of galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F MS round bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping for colm & backing ends and binding with & include MS wire (aheaded ) not less than 0.90 mm ida or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410W(grade E-250)Quality A or Fe 290 (gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc.5 cm but n exc 10 cm long & dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as bond stone (for stone walling) and set in CM 1:4. Note :- PCC bond stones shall be used in lieu of stone bond stones. These shall be measured and paid separately. Rate per unit of item No 03 is net and adjustement of rate for PCC bond stones has been in terms of preamble 6.2.7 as given on page 79 of SSR -2020 (Pt-II) and no separate deduction of volume occupied by PCC bond stones shall be made from stone masonary complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC SWR pipe 75mm dia as in weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses and flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4, all as specified and directed.
