REPAIRS / RESURFACING OF ROADS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AFS BIDAR

Repair to Pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 Sq m each including, sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting aound edges at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep unsarfaced water bound macadem surfaces for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS-8887 at a rate of application of 5.00Kg/10Sqm on surface of wet mix mecadam / water bound macadam as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premixed Bituminous Macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), by using 4% bitumen content any penetration using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 confirming to IS-73-2006) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS-1 conforming to IS-8887 at a rate of application of 2.50Kg/10Sqm on bituminous surace as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm thick (consilidated average thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne cap vibratory power road roller to achive the required compactness, camber and gradient finished complete including (cutting of edges of roads straight and site clearance) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting on road surfaces with road marking paint reflective type 2.50 mm thickness and not exceeding 100 mm wide of uniform finish hot applied thermoplastic paint with machine of bituminous paint white in colour and surface immersed with glass beads including cleaning the surfaces by brushing/ sweeping by brooms to remove all dirts, scales of grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs prismatic reflactor Cats Eye Road stud moulded plastic HIPS (Hi-impact polystrene) or ABS body, minimum load carrying 10Tons, dual directional reflective with micro primastic/cube corner reflectors, to be fixed with epoxy glue or suitable size nails on bituminous/concrete surfaces with one year warranty of fixing on surfaces and minimum size shall be 100 x 100x 15mm, colour of Cat eye's as per approval of GE etc complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one rechargable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright 3 LEDs of selected couloured to a side (total 6 Nos) well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof.
