Material and labour for welded steel wire fabric of weight n.exc. 4kg/sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing de-railed Hanger doors with using hydra crane, shafts of hanger door of size exc 20 sqm but n.exc 30 sqm each including cast wheels and overhauling to existing hanger door wheels and shafts through greasing, alignment, replacing the damaged ball bearing and repair/replacement of shafts of suitable size and making functionable and refixing the bearing, wheels and shafts etc in same position height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Ball bearing, wheels and shafts shall be measured seperately under respective items as supply only under respective items.

Supply only ball bearing of size / No 6208 or equivalent as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only hanger door wheel with rollers including required accessoriese etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only hanger door shafts made of brass based material suitable for hanger doors including required accessoriese etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for greasing of hanger track in top and bottom of steel gate/ hanger shutter for trouble free operation height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length for each track shall be measured for payment.

Material and labour for welding in reapirs n.exc 2.5 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary scaffolding required for welding work shall be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for cleaning and desluging of existing SWT (static water tank) of 5000 to 10000 gallon capacity (including removing and refixing of steel frame cover if exist at site) remove complete solid/liquid sluge by pumping or any mechanical means from inside the SWT, remove all dirt/fungle from SWT inside walls by wire brushing, rubbing and repairing the SWT walls in pathces by means of putty/plastering n.exc. 0.50 sqm in each patchese as required and finnaly applying two coats of cement base paint to SWT inside and outside complete and depositing the removed solid/liquid sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr from the SWT. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate for excavating pit, bleaching powder and repairing with putty/plaster in patches n. exc 0.50 sqm each shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-grid T-2430 or equivalent load carring capacity with mid span deflection n. exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long cross tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in pre-cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmx600mm. Additional cross tee of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 4mm dia G.I. wire from perlins/soffits. 6mm thick high pressure steam cured Everest non Asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (density>1200kg/cum, modules of rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 Mpa, thermal conductivity (k)-0.0872 W/mk) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming to IS 14862 & type B catagory III of ISO 8336-1993, (Reaction of fire-A2 -s1-d0) tested as per EN 13501 Part-I & BS-476 part-4,5,6&7, should be placed in the grid module to form a false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of OEM as approved by GE. Make: Armstrong/ Saint Gobain/ Lafarge/ Everest.

Supply and fix Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix gypsum Board false ceiling of 12mm thick fixed with screw or as per manufacturers instructions in GI framework complete all as specified and directed. Make: Armstrong/ Saint Gobain/ Lafarge/ Everest.

Material and labour for preparation of new gypsum board surfaces in ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) n.exc.1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) exc.1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / adjusting aluminium door for holding in position to shutters in frame including replacing of old damaged adjusting bolts,cleats, rubber gas- kits, screws and aluminium sections less than 1kg for each shutters and making proper functionable to aluminium doors shutter exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube as per specification and drawing given on MES schedule Part-II (2020) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made PVC door shutters 30mmm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width Stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing given on MES schedule Part-II (2020) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for anti-termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.
