Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets any thickness & at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), exceeding 1.5sq.m but not exceeding 4sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Sheet glass, ordinary quality with thickness 5.5mm and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5sqm in each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm with mild steel body of 4 levers and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No.3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg.

Dismantling of structural steel work of any description including doors, gates but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases , and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) 0.63mm thickness inserted in brick wall or concrete wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat primer on walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sheet glass ordinary 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty / wooden beading in square n exc 0.5 Sqm each pane incl hacking out old broken glass (any description, size, thickness, quality) from wooden/metal frames complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized MS wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, ramp etc finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
