Job Contract for providing services for operating, cleaning and maintenance of AAI vehicles by deploying manpower for 02 nos. of years at AAI, Dibrugarh Airport.

Amount

a) Job Contract for Operation of AAI vehicles like Operational Jeep/ APD vehicle/Tractor with grass cutting machine etc by deployement of 05 nos. of drivers for 02 nos. of Years as per the special conditions of contract etc. as requirement. b) Job Contract for repair & maintenance of AAI Vehicles by deployement of 01 no. workshop mechanic for 02 nos. of Years as per the special conditions of contract etc. as requirement. c) Job Contract for cleaning of AAI vehicles, helping in filling of fuel in vehicle, helping in to bring fuel from power house and petrol pump, helping the grass cuuting drivers etc by deployement of 01 no. manpower for 02 nos. of Years as per the special conditions of contract etc. as requirement. Note:- 1. Percentage Quoted by bidder is payable to bidder on full component of Minimum wages, PF(Employer share), ESI (Employer's share), Bonus paid by bidder to their workers. 2. Zero and Negative percentage is not permitted. 3. Percentage up to two decimal is permitted. 4. Successful bidder will be decided based on lowest quoted percentage 5. In case of Equal percentage quoted by two or more bidders, then successful bidder will be decided by Lottery/negotiation by committee of three officials in presence of bidders. 6. Percentage shall be quoted by the Bidder by taking into account the workers uniform expenses, AEP & ADP charges, National Holiday extra payment and also the overhead profit as per the special conditions of contract.
