REPAIRING & SERVICING OF DG SET

Dismantling the alternator from the canopy after removing the coupling from Engine, diesel tank dismantling control panel and any accessories reqd for bringing out the alternator from accoustic enclosure including loading to vehicle, transportation from site to workshop, unloading at workshop etc complete as required.

Rewinding the main stator of alternator of 400KVA DG set (make:Leroy Somer ,Sl no IS3S213C,Frame: LSA47.2VS) with class H insulated copper winding including removing the old burnt out winding, providing suitable fiber glass tape, wedge, sleeve etc complete as required. Rewinding to be carried out at authorised workshop with test report and rate to be quoted considering the salwage value of copper.

Overhauling and servicing of the alternator by dismantling excitation rotor, excitation stator, main rotor, removing the dust by blowing air,cleaning with suitable agent, varnishing, oven baking, attaining the required IR value, re assembling, main rotor dynamic balancing at the workshop etc complete as required.

Re fixing of the alternator inside the canopy after fixing the coupling with Engine, diesel tank, canopy panel and dismantled items including loading from workshop, transportation from workshop to site, unloading at site from the vehicle etc complete as required.

ITC OF DG SET AT TE MEDICAL COLLEGE

Supplying, laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Al power cable of 1.1KV grade of 3.5C 400 sq.mm in following ways including all necessary accessaries as required.

Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc

As additional cable direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

the existing masonry open duct

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

3½ X 400 sq. mm (82mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Installation testing and commissioning of the above DG set at the new location, including checking all electrical, mechanical and earthing connections , reorientation and supporting of silensor as per site condition , etc as required ( fuel will be provided by BSNL)
