Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile upto a lead of 24 Km per trip.

Complete rewinding of 3-phase 980 RPM 60HP Horizontal motor by standard specific 879gauge of copper wire required for 60HP motor. Approximate wt. 30kgs. (Item code 9.1.1)

Varnishing, impregnation and drying of stator windings of LT motor with standard quality varnish (Becks or any other reputed make) along with proper tapings, etc. as per requirement. (excluding dismantling/ refitting charges) of motor.

Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.

Deduct cost of old scrap extracted from the equipment.( 80% or as per actual)

Dismantling of delivery main (300mm dia. pipe line) and suction system at Lift Irrigation Scheme Vighbal 1st which includes foot valve, bend, and vertical pipe piece at site and repairing by means of welding. The welding is to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes Tata mobile, DG set, welding set and superior quality electrodes of make Adore/ Advani/ Essab and also skilled workers. The job includes repairing of pipe by required welding at four damaged spots of delivery main and two spots of suction system. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber gaskets of required dia. and nut bolts. The job also includes repairing of foot valve strainer and foot valve body near flanges by required welding at four spots. After repairing, connecting and fitting of pipe line and suction system complete testing successfully. All transportation/tools and tackles shall be arranged by firm to complete the job in a one go.
