Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm not exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of chowkhats or frames of any type in the same opening area exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description area exc. 1 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) asbestos cement sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for 30 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and both face covered with decorative face veneer lipping with frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium frame/shutter for doors, windows, ventilators, partition etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

Add extra for powder coating on above item (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of approved colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square exc 0.50 Sqm each in each pane including rubber beading for fixing of glass complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extuded section and fixed of 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.0 mm thick PVC sheets, laminated plain coloured, homogeneous finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors including removing of old sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 18 mm thick PVC board with CNC approved pattern/design cutting of approved colour and fixed in position incl all necessary fittings,screws, adhesive, sealent etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and finishing walls with two coat of acrylic Smooth exterior paint with required shade over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9 to10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 300 x 7mm/ 300x600x 7 mm thick over and ncluding 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made Vitrified heavy Duty parking tiles coloured, matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc and other similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismanting of old frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per No 50 above above but 1000 Ltrs capacity.

S&F in repairs CP Bib taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy with crtuch or butterfly handle,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe.
