Comprehensive maintenance (Preventive and breakdown) of high side and low side of complete HVAC system in Academic and Hostel A to L Blocks (Except Hostel G) comprising of 4 Nos. x 305TR (Trane make) + 1 x 600 TR (Carrier Make) Chillers, All type pumps, Cooling Tower,valve etc., measuring Instruments, VFD panel and electrical Panels,DDC panel , Chiller Plant Manager software, hardware installed in the HVAC plant room and Ceiling Suspended / Floor Mounted Air Handing Unit,Ceiling Suspended Cassette / Hi wall type Fan Coil including Blower motor, Blower, Pulley, filter etc.,electrical starter panel including VFD,Butter Fly Valve, Two way Valve,Y - Strainer,actuators,Fire damper, VCD, Chilled water Pipe,Drain Pipe, duct and diffuser/grills etc complete accessories as per inventory attached on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions etc as required. Operation , Day to Day maintenance and upkeep of high side and low side of complete HVAC system Academic and Hostel Blocks A to L comprising of 4 Nos. x 305TR + 1 x 600 TR Chillers,pumps, Cooling Tower,valve etc., measuring Instruments, VFD panel and electrical Panels ,DDC panel , Chiller Plant Manager software, hardware installed in the HVAC plant room and Ceiling Suspended / Floor Mounted Air Handing Unit,Ceiling Suspended Cassette / Hi wall type Fan Coil units including Blower motor, Blower, Pulley etc.,Filters Complete,electrical starter panel including VFD,Butter Fly Valve, Two way Valve,Y - Strainer,actuators,Fire damper, VCD, Chilled water Pipe,Drain Pipe, duct and diffuser/grills etc complete accessories as per inventory attached on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions etc as required in Three shift daily (24X 7) (each shift shall be of eight hours duration). Precision Air Conditioning System Annual Comprehensive maintenance which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance of the complete Vertiv make Precision AC Model CRV35 air conditioning system comprising of all indoor and outdoor units, compressor, refrigerant and drain piping, all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. provided and installed In Academic Block -5/102 ground floor including repair / replacement of parts, supply of consumables (Oil, grease, all refrigerant required for topping up, filter elements etc.) etc. as required. This shall also include a minimum of 4 Quaterly preventive maintenance visits per year by manufacturer or his authorized personnel. as per additional terms and conditions mentioned. (Total 3 Set) Note : Contractor must read all the conditions inventory and scope of work. Annual Comprehensive maintenance which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance of the complete Daikin make VRF/VRV air conditioning system comprising of all indoor and outdoor units, compresso, refrigerant and drain piping, all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. provided and installed In Hostel E- Mini library, Canteen (2 x 12 HP),Academic Block -6/206 ( 2x 8 HP), AB-4/102 NMR lab 1 x 8 HP, AB-7/104,105, 204 & 205- 2X14HP outdoor system including repair / replacement of parts, supply of consumables (Oil, grease, all refrigerant required for topping up, filter elements etc.) etc. as required. This shall also include a minimum of 4 Quaterly preventive maintenance visits per year by qualified personnels who are thoroughly familiar with the type of equipment and system provided as per additional terms and conditions mentioned. Minor Work Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following thickness closed cell elastrometric nitrile rubber of class 'O' applied by suiatable adhesive, as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note:- The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders/ Floor Mounting GI bracket including, bend, G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Providing and cladding 24 gauge aluminum sheets cladding with 25mm overlap and fixing with self tapping recessed screws, complete as per requirements over the Chilled water Pipe, valve, strainer etc of different size including all hardware etc. as required.

Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of 6" immersion type temprature sensor with Thermowell range 0-40 degree celcius as per technical specification etc. as required. (Trane Make)

Painting of MS pipe/angle Iron/Cable tray etc. after scrubbing the rust with 2 coat of PU paint ,Supply of all materials,labour and matching with existing color etc. as directed by the engineer in charge complete in all respect.
