Checking of Survey, Design the Supply Main and Distribution System of G.I. (Medium Quality) pipes by screw socketed joint conforming to IS:1239(Part-1) supply of pipes, carting, laying & jointing in the trenches to the specified depth including other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making of scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing of tee connection & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply and carting of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete of following sizes.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of supply main in the following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by controlled blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth to the suitable place from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete & also it is estimated that 75% trenches will be in soil mixed with shingle, bazri, boulder and rest of 25% will be in medium rock.

Supply and fixing of following size of Wheel / Sluice Valve for Feeder Main / Supply Main as per BS or as per IS 778:1997 including cartage of materials (as per design).

Construction of following Valve chamber in stone masonary/ R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 along with fixing of manhole cover on top including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work.

Sluice/ Wheel Valve Chamber (Size 0.60 m x0.60 m x 0.75 m)

Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of upto 25mm nominal dia, including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main.

Supply of all materials, Labour, T&p, etc. to provide Households Tap Connections to all households including making connections and cartage of materials

Provision for Cutting of road surface for laying of pipe line including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete .average width 70 cm.

Dismantling of Kharanja/ cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of surplus dismantled materials upto a lead of 60 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Re Instatement/making in good the Dismantled Road including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour, T&p, etc. required(As per PWD Specification)

Supply of all materials, T&p etc for Cutting the existing S&S or flanged C.I. running water main, inserting specials or fittings, bailing or pumping out water, cartage of required materials, returning the scrap to the store, etc. complete but excluding the cost of insertion pipes and specials, making joints, baring out the existing main benders as well as subsquent backfill.
