Flywheel to suit coupling. Close coupled using single beraring alternator. Air - cleaner. Coolant for radiator. Fuel pump. Electronic/Mechanical governor Fuel filter. Lubricating oil filter. Rasidential type Exhaust silancer. Engine Instrament. Panel. Starting switch key or button. Lubricating oil temperature gauge. Lubricating oil pressure gauge. Water temprature gauge. The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Acoustic Enclosure. Company fabricated integral type acoustic enclosure(75 db at 1 mtr distance under free field conditions) Fuel Tank Integral fuel tank to store fuel for 8 hour capacity with all standard fillins and accessories and with fuel level gauge. Battery Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufactures requirements with mounting bracket. Standard control panel 125 A, 25 kA, 3 pole MCCB (or suitable rating ) KWH meter with suitably rated Digital type Ammeter with suitaly Digital type multifunction meter for reading electrical parameters such as PF, KVA, Frequence, voltage etc. LED type phase indication lamp for indicating the presence of supply on all phases and to indicate status of load. Fuse protection shall be provided for the meters. Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc. shall be submitted while theD.G set is supplied. 14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.9:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

OD280749/2025-2026:Supplying and installation including all manner of supports/ suspenders, anchor bolts etc for metering cubicle made out of suitable size , slotted angles, flats, MS plates etc as required including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)

5.3:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

(*All Statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents)

OD280751/2025-2026:Obtain test certificates for all proective devices, prepration of schematic drawings and obtain approval from respective statutory authoroties and obtain energisation certificate excluding stautory fee remitted to different statutory authorities.
