Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base over 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles/PCC floor etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic light shade tiles, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry or with adhjesive as per the manufecturer's instructions and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic light shade tiles, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in Skirting etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry or with adhjesive as per the manufecturer's instructions and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces in patches area not exceeding 5 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor in patches area not exceeding 5 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with existing tiles surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed graded mechanically crushed stoneregates as in sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed graded mechanically crushed stoneregates as in sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in- Charge for complete removal of all layers of treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
