RECONSTRUCTION OF TOILET IN BOILER HOUSE FIRST FLOOR

Dismantling and removing Brick masonry works including disposal of debrices at places pointed out any where within the company premises.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutterincluding chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking anywhere within the company premisis.

Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonary Work In C M 1:6 using solid cement concrete blocks (As Per IS 2185) of approximate size 300 x 200 x 150 mm for superstucture walls, compound walls etc. including curing.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.

Plain cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including charges for mixing concrete, necessary form work,laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete for foundation levelling course .etc

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of wire etc. complete(Reinforcements will be issued by HOCL at free of cost).

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 12 mm, one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to fair faces of brick masonry, etc.

Providing and laying 8 mm thick or nearest size first class vitrified tiles for walls of size 120 x 60 cm (Johnson / somany pilkington or equivalant make) as per the design (with highlighter tiles), special adhesive including filling the tile joints with matching colour epoxy (laticrete, mapei , weber or equivalent) using suitable spacers , including disposing the debrices pointed out any where within the company premises etc. complete

Providing and laying 9 mm thick or nearest size first class light colured antiskid vetrified tiles of size 120x60 cm for floor (Johnson / somany pilkington or equivalant make) over cement mortar 1:3 ,20mm thick and necessary cement grout, filling the tile joints with matching colour epoxy (laticrete, mapei , weber or equivalent) using suitable spacers ,finishing neat to lines and level, disposing the debrices pointed out anywhere within the company premises etc. complete.

Painting to outside walls with premium quality acrylic emulsion exterior paints(Excel, Apex,.etc) of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights
